Who we are

The CCS Ecosystem Data Collection Hub is under the CCS Ecosystem project. The Hub provides invited organisations with a secure workspace for submitting well records and receiving processed pilot outputs.

Information we collect

We may collect:

• Your name, business email address and organisation.
• Account, access and security information.
• Submission details, filenames and document metadata.
• Technical logs needed to secure and operate the platform.
• Information you provide when requesting support.
• Personal information contained in documents uploaded by your organisation.

How we use information

We use information to:

• Create and manage authorised accounts.
• Receive, store, organise and process submitted documents.
• Return agreed pilot outputs.
• Provide support and communicate about submissions.
• Protect the Hub, investigate errors and maintain audit records.
• Meet applicable legal, security and contractual requirements.

We rely mainly on our legitimate interests in securely operating and supporting the private pilot, together with legal obligations where applicable.

Sharing and storage

Information is available only to authorised CCS Ecosystem personnel and service providers needed to operate hosting, authentication, storage and email functions. We do not sell personal information or use submitted records for unrelated marketing.

We retain information only for as long as needed for the pilot, platform security and applicable legal or contractual requirements. Uploaded records are retained and deleted in accordance with the relevant pilot arrangement.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, restrict or delete your personal information, or object to its use.
