Confidentiality and Acceptable Use

Authorised access

• Use the Hub only if you have been authorised by CCS Ecosystem or your participating organisation.
• Keep your password and activation links private.
• Do not share accounts or allow another person to use your credentials.
• Notify CCS Ecosystem promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Permitted uploads

Upload only documents that:

• Relate to the authorised pilot or project.
• Your organisation has the right to provide.
• Do not contain malware, unlawful content or unnecessary personal information.
• Comply with your organisation's confidentiality and information-security requirements.

Avoid password-protected files unless this has been agreed with CCS Ecosystem.

ZIP packages are stored as submitted and may not be automatically extracted or virus-scanned. The uploader is responsible for confirming that files are safe before submission.

Prohibited activity

You must not:

• Attempt to access another organisation's information.
• Bypass security or access controls.
• Probe, disrupt, overload or misuse the platform.
• Upload malicious, unlawful or unrelated content.
• Copy, reverse engineer or use the platform to develop a competing system.
• Share confidential submissions or outputs without appropriate authority.

Suspension and support

CCS Ecosystem may suspend or remove access where necessary to protect the Hub, participating organisations or submitted information.
